The AAA Davenport High School project, situated in Davenport, Florida, encompasses a cutting-edge, 345,000 square foot facility. This state-of-the-art prototype school will feature connected classroom buildings, administration offices, an 800-person capacity auditorium, media center, gymnasium, cafeteria, culinary arts kitchen/classroom, band, chorus, and fine arts classrooms. Additionally, it will boast a central courtyard with elevated walkways, sports fields with stadium amenities for football, baseball, and softball, along with all associated site work. This tilt-up design project spans 65 acres in northwest Polk County.
