Project Scope:

Located in Lakeland, Florida, the Southeastern Welcome Center and Administration Building spans 30,000 square feet across three stories. This tilt wall facility boasts panels weighing over 250,000 pounds. Upon entering the Welcome Center, visitors are welcomed by a 12-foot LED wall and interactive displays showcasing the SEU Experience. The ground floor houses both the Enrollment and Advancement Offices for convenient access. Administrative Offices are situated on the second floor, while the third floor boasts a Banquet and Catering facility capable of accommodating up to 400 guests.
