AdventHealth Upshot Medical Center – Charter Research is a Class A healthcare and life sciences development located in downtown Orlando within the growing Mills 50 corridor. Completed in 2024, the project spans approximately 2.55 acres and includes a 72,000-square-foot medical office building along with an 850-space parking garage.

Strategically positioned within walking distance of one of the nation’s largest hospital campuses and with convenient access to Interstate 4, the facility supports AdventHealth’s continued expansion in a rapidly developing area of Central Florida. Designed to support healthcare, research, and clinical operations, the project reflects the evolving demand for modern medical office environments in urban healthcare districts.
