As 2023 is steamrolling along, so has the work on the amazing Sunseeker Resort in Port Charlotte, FL! Enjoy this video update on the progress of this high-profile mixed-use, hospitality facility.

Architect, L2 Studios, contractor Suffolk Construction, and our BBM team is excited about the progress of this project. This thrilling structure includes 10 condo towers, 2 hotel towers with restaurants, kitchens, meeting rooms, ballrooms, medical offices, bars, event decks, and grocery and retail spots. Caressing the warm Floridian waters of the Peace River, the building will bring delight to tenants and visitor alike. Congratulations to all our colleagues in this endeavor!
