The Edison at Primera Office Building

Project Scope:

The Edison at Primera is a 111,000-square-foot, two-story office building with a common area and a separate clubhouse. The project entailed tilt-wall construction, a BBM expertise, using steel framing, storefront installations, glass overhead doors on the first level, TPO roofing, restroom construction, and basic HVAC systems for office space. The HVAC provided freeze protection and ventilation specifically for the office area, while the common area and clubhouse were conditioned differently.
