Project Scope:

The Edison Suncoast project, spanning over 80,000 square feet, is a three-story office building constructed using tilt-up methods, prominently showcasing concrete. Initially intended for painting or staining, the owner was captivated by the natural appearance of the concrete post-erection, opting to maintain it as a sealed concrete finish. This project was a Tilt-Up Achievement Award winner in 2020.
