BBM Structural provided structural engineering services for the new Orange Technical College (OTC) East Campus, a 110,000-square-foot facility designed by DLR Group to support future-ready education in high-demand career fields. Located next to University High School and near both UCF and Full Sail University, the campus strengthens regional access to technical training in Information Technology, Business Management, Digital Arts, and more.

This new campus consolidates OTC’s IT, AV & arts, and business programs into one location, offering modern, flexible spaces designed to foster collaboration and hands-on learning. Classrooms, labs, and event areas are designed to support both student success and partnerships with local industry.

As part of BBM’s continued support of Orange County Public Schools, the team also provided structural engineering for the OTC West Campus. Our work on the East Campus reflects the same commitment to durable, adaptable design that meets the evolving needs of technical education.
