19 Feb Community Impact: Heart Walk Update
BBM Structural proudly announces the official delivery of a CPR & First Aid Kit to Tohopekaliga (Toho) High School in Kissimmee, Florida. Principal Mr. George Arscott graciously received this vital tool, which will enhance the school’s ability to train students in CPR, equipping them to respond effectively to emergencies.
Team BBM Structural recently participated in the Greater Orlando Heart Walk on November 4th, an event dedicated to honoring survivors, remembering those lost to heart disease and stroke, and advocating for life-saving advancements. With the support of our community, we surpassed our fundraising goal, raising over $6,500 to contribute to cardiovascular research funding and improve care standards in hospitals. This achievement allowed us to obtain this kit for Toho High School.
The delegation from BBM Structural, including President Bora Erbilen and Associate Ariel Neris, was honored to be present for this significant occasion. Both Bora and BBM’s Construction Administrator, Mark Matzinger, who was also present, hold these causes close to their hearts (See our Heart Walk article to learn more), valuing the importance of initiatives like CPR training, which can save lives.
This delivery underscores BBM Structural’s commitment to supporting initiatives that prepare youths to respond to emergencies and positively impact their communities. We are thrilled to contribute to the safety and well-being of students at Tohopekaliga High School and beyond.
