Project Scope:
New, 171,972 sf phased replacement campus with renovated interior space for 1,215 students. The new facility is designed to meet Green Globe sustainable metrics. New interior spaces include classroom buildings, a multi-purpose room / media center, music-band rooms, a dance studio, an administration suite and a new entry. New exterior spaces include courtyards and physical education playfields, parking and vehicle access, sidewalks, and physical security.
