Volusia County Sheriff’s Evidence Storage Facility

Project Scope:

This storage facility spans 25,000 sf secured compound for storing evidence, property, firearms, drugs, vehicles, etc. It includes a warehouse area, a 10,000 sf administrative area with a forensics lab, walk-in biohazard material storage cooler, detainee cells, helipad, and covered loading dock.  The space also contains an intake processing area for goods and materials, as well as a staging area for processing evidence purging, archiving or distribution. This is a LEED Silver, essential facility and hardened.
