Trinity Preparatory School | Nochur Sankar Science Center Building

Project Scope:

BBM Structural provided structural engineering services for the Nochur Sankar Science Center, a new two-story, 33,256-square-foot science building at Trinity Preparatory School. Designed to enhance STEM education on campus, the building includes flexible lab and classroom environments, student collaboration areas, and structural accommodations to support the future installation of rooftop solar panels.

The facility features exposed ceilings, expansive glass walls, and outdoor terraces that connect learning spaces with the natural surroundings. BBM’s design supported architectural goals while ensuring performance, durability, and adaptability for long-term academic use.
