Project Scope:
1-story, two-level tilt panel housing pod building with a total gross square footage of 38,662 and an inmate capacity of 256. Modular cells are included on all four (4) sides of the building at two (2) levels with a security mesh protection at the mezzanine level. There is a control room in the middle for observation and controlling the inmate population. The maintenance access is divided into a quadrant and includes a corridor for each housing pod. An enclosed fenced walkway extends from an existing building to connect to the new housing pod. Design-Build with Ajax Construction.
