Project Scope:

Chicago (O’Hare), IL: 1-story, 6,200 sf VIP Charter Area and 1,720 sf Ground Support Maintenance Facility.

Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), FL: 10,000 sf Flight Based Operations Terminal Building; Phase: 30,000 sf Group II hangar on greenfield site adjacent to existing Net Jets Terminal; 5,000 sf office / shops attached to hangar.

Newark International Airport (EWR), NJ: Partial renovation of existing hangar; expansion of existing Flight Based Operations Terminal Building; Terminal renovations; 3,600 sf GSE Building; and connect existing VIP Lounge to new VVIP Lounge.

San Jose International Airport (SJC), CA: Flight Based Operations facility with terminals, hangars, office / shops.

Nashville International Airport (BNA), TN: New hangar and terminal facility.

Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, GA: Flight Based Operations Terminal; Elite VIP Terminal with Customs and TSA areas.
