Project Scope:

BBM Structural provided structural engineering services for Signature Aviation’s expanded Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facilities at Palm Beach International Airport, including a new two-story, 14,000-square-foot private terminal, three 39,400-square-foot hangars with attached offices and shop space, and a 2,400-square-foot Ground Service Equipment (GSE) facility.

The terminal features open-span guest lounges, a café, conference rooms, and a premium crew lounge—designed for flexibility, comfort, and operational performance in one of the busiest private aviation hubs in the region. Structural systems were engineered to accommodate long-term durability in a coastal climate while supporting the layout needs of high-traffic aviation operations.

This multi-facility development strengthens Signature’s South Florida presence and enhances the private aviation experience for passengers and crew alike.
