BBM Structural served as the structural engineer for the new headquarters of SEMA Construction, Inc., a one-story office building located in South Orlando. The 12,000-square-foot facility was designed to reflect the company’s identity and practical needs, with a layout that supports both office-based staff and field personnel.

Our team provided structural solutions that supported open interior spans, exposed concrete and steel elements, and a flexible layout. The design incorporates a range of functional spaces, including private offices, open work areas, meeting rooms, and a dedicated training classroom, which require careful coordination to accommodate varying structural and mechanical demands. A combination of natural light and raw finishes gives the space a clean, industrial character while maintaining comfort and usability.
