Project Scope:
BBM Structural provided structural design, detailing, and construction administration services for a 23,000-square-foot classroom facility supporting Santa Fe College’s workforce development programs. The building includes specialized lab suites for applied engineering, HVAC, and welding, along with student study areas and support spaces.
The structural system was designed to accommodate the unique loading and spatial requirements of hands-on training environments, while maintaining flexibility for future program needs. This $11 million project supports the college’s mission to expand access to technical education and prepare students for careers in skilled trades and advanced manufacturing.
