Lake Worth Storage Facility

Project Scope:

BBM Structural provided engineering services for this four-story, limited-access self-storage facility located on Lake Worth Road. The 99,000-square-foot structure features steel beam framing with composite concrete slabs on steel deck, designed on a 10′ x 10′ column grid. The foundation system includes a mat slab supporting interior columns and perimeter shallow bearing foundations. Exterior walls were constructed using tilt-up panels for durability and efficiency.

The project earned the Florida Green Building Coalition’s “Florida Green” Commercial Building certification, achieving bronze-level status for its environmentally responsible design and construction practices.
