Banco Popular – Muñoz Rivera 200

Project Scope:

BBM Structural provided structural engineering services for Muñoz Rivera 200, a 10-story mixed-use facility developed by Banco Popular as part of the larger Campus Popular project in San Juan. The building includes ground-floor commercial space, structured parking, and upper-level wellness and recreational facilities.

Key features include a fitness center with a 23-meter pool, multipurpose sports courts, locker rooms, and a 30,000-square-foot employee wellness area on the top floor. The structure was designed to support a range of functions with open floor layouts and long-span framing to accommodate flexible interior uses.
