BBM Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for this two-story medical office building supporting AdventHealth Waterman’s growing outpatient care network in Lake County. The facility includes a 15,000-square-foot surgery center and a 10,000-square-foot imaging center, helping expand access to specialized outpatient services in a modern healthcare environment designed for efficiency, patient convenience, and coordinated care.

Developed as part of AdventHealth’s continued investment in the region, the project supports the shift toward integrated outpatient healthcare services while providing patients with convenient access to advanced treatment and diagnostic capabilities closer to home.
