AdventHealth Fish Memorial Bed Tower Addition

Project Scope:
This 4-story addition connects the existing tower and adds 160 beds to expand services, including emergency, cardiac, intensive care and surgical.  The new tower houses a state-of-the-art, 20-bed labor and delivery unit and has increased the number of licensed beds by 50.  With this increase in beds, the hospital can fully privitize all patient rooms.  The emergency department size also increased substantially and pediatric emergency care was a welcome addition.  The Central Energy Plant was also expanded, as well as renovations to labs, pharmacy, executive office, conference center, dietary, and materials management center.
