Project Scope:
30,000 sf facility anchored by a 7,500 sf, 500-seat (700-seat theatre style) banquet hall with working stage and 2 separate partitions; also includes a 1,900 sf pre-function ballroom space with a catering kitchen, bride and groom suites, a board room, and separate 1,000 sf partitionable space. This facility also houses the Council on Aging’s Deltona Senior Activity Center & Neighborhood Dining Facility for ‘Meals on Wheels’ program and offers educational programs, wellness and socialization activities and dance classes.
