Project Scope:
Phase III: 3-story, 70,000 sf Nurses’ Education Building with faculty and staff offices, classrooms, and conference rooms.

Phase IV: 3-story, 55,000 sf with a 300-seat multi-purpose assembly space, registrar and enrollment offices, multi-disciplinary simulation labs, classrooms and faculty administrative offices for the following programs: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Anesthesia. This building is designed for future vertical expansion to 5 stories.
