18 Dec Marking a Milestone: Ribbon-Cutting for the City of DeLand Utilities Administration Center
A new era for DeLand’s utility services begins as the City’s new Administration Center opens its doors. BBM Structural is proud to have played a role in this project. The 22,000-square-foot, $7 million facility, designed by Schenkel Shultz Architects and constructed by Wharton-Smith, will be a City’s hub that enhances its commitment to providing efficient and reliable utility services to its residents.
BBM Structural’s Construction Administrator, Mark Matzinger, represented the firm at the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new administration center will serve as a modern and functional hub for the City’s utility operations, improving service delivery and enhancing the overall quality of life for DeLand residents.
Government buildings like the City of DeLand Utilities Administration Center are crucial in supporting community growth and development. By providing essential services and fostering economic activity, these facilities contribute to residents’ well-being.
BBM Structural is honored to have been part of this vital project, and we look forward to continuing our work on projects that positively impact communities.
