BBM Structural Supports Next-Generation Training for Law Enforcement

BBM Structural is proud to have contributed to successfully completing the new Firearms Training Range at Daytona State College’s DeLand Campus. This state-of-the-art facility marks the first phase in the College’s plan to relocate the Charles M. Curb School of Emergency Services to DeLand.

The 20,000-square-foot range boasts 15 firing lanes, a dedicated classroom, and an observation area, providing students with an unparalleled learning environment. This all-weather range allows for year-round training and ensures that recruits achieve the highest levels of firearms proficiency. BBM Structural is honored to have partnered with Architects Design Group and contractors CPPI (Charles Perry Partners) on this important project for Daytona State College. Several of our team were on hand for this ribbon-cutting event, and we are happy to see it soon be used for the benefit of the community.

The Firearms Training Range is part of a larger initiative to enhance the School of Emergency Services. Daytona State is also developing a vehicle driving pad, tactical training pavilion, and physical training track. Later this year, renovations will begin on Buildings 1 and 8 to create modern classrooms, patient simulator labs, and virtual reality training facilities.

BBM Structural is committed to supporting educational institutions and community development. This project exemplifies our dedication to creating safe and modern learning environments that prepare students for successful careers in public service.
