02 Mar BBM Structural Joins Team for Orangewood Church & School $25M Expansion
BBM Structural is proud to be part of the Orangewood Church and Christian School’s $25 million expansion, a project that will enhance faith-based education and community engagement in Maitland. Working alongside Schenkel Shultz Architects and Brasfield & Gorrie, we will provide structural engineering services for a two-story, 63,950-square-foot addition and renovation at the school’s main campus.
This expansion includes a new sanctuary seating up to 814 people, a public lobby, classrooms, school administrative offices, and four STEM labs. Additionally, the project will bring arts spaces, a redesigned single-entry point for improved security, and updates to meet modern code standards.
BBM Structural has a long history of contributing to educational and cultural institutions, and we are excited to help shape a space that will serve students, faculty, and the community for years to come. Construction is expected to begin in late summer or early fall, with school facilities opening in August 2026, followed by the worship center six months later.
We look forward to sharing more updates as this transformative project takes shape!
