18 Aug BBM Project in Puerto Rico Highlighted by Revista Obra
BBM Structural is pleased to share that Muñoz Rivera 200, part of the Campus Popular master plan, was recently featured in the latest edition of Revista Obra, a leading publication highlighting architecture and construction throughout Puerto Rico. The article showcases the project’s role in reshaping urban life and workplace environments in San Juan and highlights the integrated design approach taken by the full project team.
As the structural engineer for Muñoz Rivera 200, BBM is proud to have worked alongside V Architecture, the project’s lead designer and a long-time collaborator. This feature not only recognizes the impact of Campus Popular but also reinforces the value of multidisciplinary coordination in delivering complex projects with clarity, performance, and long-term vision.
BBM and V Architecture have partnered on numerous efforts over the years—projects that require both architectural ambition and engineering precision. Muñoz Rivera 200 is no exception. With over 768 parking spaces, recreational and wellness amenities, and commercial components, the building required a structural system that could support diverse functions while integrating seamlessly with the larger Campus Popular development. BBM’s engineering solutions helped bring that vision to life with carefully coordinated vertical and lateral systems suited to the urban context.
We congratulate V Architecture and the entire project team on this recognition, and we’re honored to see our shared work featured in Revista Obra. It’s always a privilege to contribute to projects that shape the future of Puerto Rico’s built environment.
