Project Scope:

BBM Structural provided structural engineering for Signature Aviation’s new 15,700-square-foot private terminal at Palm Beach International Airport. The project included open-span guest lounges, a café, conference rooms, and a premium crew lounge, all designed to meet the operational and spatial needs of a high-traffic aviation facility.

Structural systems were designed to support flexible interior layouts and long-term durability in a demanding coastal environment. This project expands Signature’s footprint in South Florida and enhances the private aviation experience at one of the busiest FBO locations in the region.
