26 Nov Supporting Scholarships on the Green
BBM Structural was proud to serve as a Blue Course Sponsor for the 2025 Larry Godwin Golf Tournament, hosted by the Education Foundation Osceola County. Supporting educational opportunities across the region is a key part of BBM’s values, and this year’s tournament was a strong reminder of what’s possible when the community comes together.
The annual event honors the legacy of Larry Godwin, a longtime supporter of Osceola County schools whose dedication to student success and public education left a lasting mark on the community. The tournament, now in its 23rd year, continues to fund scholarships for graduating seniors—keeping his spirit of service and generosity alive.
Principals Luis Bedoya and Ariel Neris and Associate Nathan Morrow represented BBM at the event, joined by Justin Brower of Wharton-Smith, a long-time collaborator and fellow sponsor of the tournament. The foursome enjoyed a beautiful day on the course, made even more meaningful by the cause behind the event.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of sponsors, volunteers, and participants, this year’s tournament raised a record-breaking $180,000 to fund scholarships for graduating seniors in Osceola County. These funds will have a lasting impact, opening doors for students across the district as they pursue higher education and career training.
We congratulate the Education Foundation Osceola County on another successful tournament, and we’re especially proud to stand alongside our friends at Wharton-Smith in supporting student success. Whether on the course or in the community, BBM remains committed to building strong foundations, both structurally and socially, for generations to come.
