Principal
Luis is a principal at BBM and has over 28 years of experience in structural engineering and drafting. He is experienced with public / municipal, educational, correctional, medical, high-rise construction, airports, resort, parking garage, convention center, and office building projects.
Luis has been with BBM for over 16 years. He is a highly dedicated individual who successfully meets every deadline with his ‘whatever it takes’ attitude. He is a team player who works well with all levels of staff and clients, and has developed successful working relationships with all of them.
Luis has utilized a wide variety of structural materials, including structural steel, cast poured-in-place concrete, precast and prestressed concrete, masonry and wood. In his capacity as a quality control professional, he has formulated and maintained a comprehensive engineering and CAD checklist that has helped ensure correct and coordinated documents at each submission phase.
